Dorene Kuffer is the senior and principle attorney with over 34 years practicing all aspects of family law in New Mexico and Illinois.

Dorene earned an LL.M. (an advanced law degree) in Child and Family Law from Loyola University, Chicago School of Law. In Illinois, Dorene handled cases ranging from traffic, misdemeanor, felony and death penalty cases, to divorce, custody, adoption, business litigation and contract disputes. She was also an adjunct professor at Loyola University teaching family law to graduate level students.

Rob provides legal services in the Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Taos, Albuquerque and Las Vegas environs. Rob is a general practitioner in the areas of, among others, real estate law (A licensed broker), guardianship, family law, trusts and estates, wills, business formation and business law and is able to provide legal services without having to charge for the overhead required by a large law firm. Gary Risley is the founding director and shareholder of the Risley Law Firm, P.C. Prior to starting his own firm he was a director and shareholder in the Farmington office of the Miller Stratvert P.A.law firm. He graduated cum laude from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas in 1980 with a bachelor of arts degree, and received his juris doctor from the Baylor University School of Law in 1983.
