Isaac is an attorney and certified public accountant. He represents farmers, ranchers, estates, owners of mineral interests, and owners of closely held businesses in a range of legal and tax matters. Isaac graduated from Cornell University and practiced with a national accounting firm in New York and Nevada before attending law school at the University of St. Thomas. He worked for a real estate development company during and immediately after law school. Growing up in a farming family in Williston, North Dakota, Kaitlin understands the unique legal challenges that come with the changing dynamic of the oil industry in the upper Midwest. She has handled a wide range of legal issues in her career, but she currently focuses on oil and gas (specializing in curative issues for mineral owners), probate (often related to mineral rights), real estate, estate planning, and business law. I have been licensed in North Dakota since 2011. I primarily work on real estate, probate, oil and gas, and business matters. I do municipal contract work for the City of Williston and City of Stanley. I sit on the Mountain States Legal Foundation as the Vice-Chair of the Litigation Advisory Council. I teach courses at Williston State College and am a member of the North Dakota Inquiry Committee West, an ethics advisory board.
