Thomas A. Bloomfield is an experienced environmental attorney, negotiator and trained mediator. James moved to Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C. in November 2010, where he continues to focus in commercial and securities litigation. Attorney Mike Robinson has lived in Douglas County, Colorado for over 20 years. My environmental law experience includes a decade as an attorney for the Environmental Protection Agency, rising to Regional Counsel Section Chief; a decade as an Equity Partner for a 200 attorney litigation firm, rising to Chair of their Environmental Practice Group; and a decade running my own Environmental Law Boutique Firm in Chicago before opening my Firm's second office in Denver Colorado in 2011.

I earned a Juris Doctorate, a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign.
