Spencer Munns is Co-President of the Central Florida law firm of Bogin, Munns & Munns. He specializes in Commercial Real Estate Transactions and Leasing. While attending Brigham Young University, he traveled to Poland to serve a two-year mission for his church. Spencer Munns has studied in various countries, including Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. He worked as a financial consultant for Merrill Lynch before pursuing his law degree, also at Brigham Young University. While in law school, he acted as a clerk for Filice, Brown, Eassa & McLeod, and for The Fremont Group in San Francisco.

Vivien is a partner in Watson Sloane’s Finance, Government Relations, Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate groups. Her real estate practice focuses on serving clients in areas related to land use, zoning, growth management law, environmental and local government issues. This focus includes assisting clients with matters relating to development permitting and other approvals, impact fees, entitlement issues, bid protests, and alcoholic beverage licensing. Before moving to Orlando last summer, I worked as an assistant county attorney in southwest Florida for 4 years. I was the primary drafter of Lee County’s comprehensive plan, land development code, and administrative codes while representing a number of county departments including planning and zoning, transportation, utilities, natural resources, and parks and recreation. Prior to working for Lee County, I worked at a private law firm practicing Real Estate, Local Government, Environmental Law, Land Use, HOA Law, and Condominium Law for nearly 10 years.
