Tyler Sniff joined Stack & Associates, P.C., in 2014, as an Associate Attorney. Tyler practices in the areas of environmental, natural resources, and land use litigation and regulatory compliance. He represents individuals, citizens' and environmental advocacy organizations, neighborhood associations, and businesses in their efforts to protect and preserve the environment of the Southeastern United States and their property before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Jason Alloy is a litigator with significant trial and arbitration experience. Jason has briefed and argued appeals in both state and federal courts and has tried cases in court and in arbitration before AAA, JAMS, and FINRA. Jason previously served as counsel for the State of Georgia in litigation against the major tobacco companies, which resulted in a settlement that provided Georgia with approximately $56 million in 2013 from the tobacco companies and ensures continued payments to the state in the future. Jon Schwartz has environmental litigation experience in state and federal courts. He has represented clients on matters involving the Clean Water Act, storm water runoff, protection of wildlife and habitat, land use, historic preservation, and injuries caused by exposure to toxic substances. Jon was selected to the Georgia Super Lawyers list and Atlanta Magazine recognized him as a “rising star” in environmental litigation.

Wayne Taylor is an AV rated trial lawyer who joined Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins LLP as a partner in 1995.
