Bob Stommel has been providing cost-effective representation to a broad range of Indiana and out-of-state clients, from individuals to large corporations, in the areas of employment law, business and commercial law, environmental law, general litigation, and mediation for over 30 years.

Bruce is a member of the firm’s insurance, environmental and toxic tort practice groups. A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has also argued before the Indiana Supreme Court.

Theresa is an architect and attorney. Theresa has twenty years of combined experience in the design and construction law industries. As an attorney, Theresa advises those who develop, design or construct. Theresa is also listed on the roster of construction law arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Prior to her legal career, Theresa obtained her architectural license in the State of Indiana. With the purpose of serving the legal needs of the construction community, Theresa attended law school in the evening while working full-time as an architect. FRANK DEVEAU serves as co-chair of Taft's Environmental Practice and represents clients in relation to all aspects of environmental law. He advises and defends clients in relation to environmental litigation involving private parties, and federal and state government. He has assisted clients in administrative proceedings, obtaining and maintaining compliance with solid and hazardous waste permits, air permits, CFO, CAFO and water discharge permits. Mr. French is a trial lawyer and certified mediator, who has represented clients in federal and state court lawsuits in many United States jurisdictions. Mr. French advises businesses and individuals of the strategies available to execute goals for resolution of disputes that require court intervention. Mr. French has represented clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including class actions, intellectual property misappropriation, securities violations, commercial and business transactions, shareholder disputes, employee non-competes, real estate development disputes, and governmental enforcement proceedings.
