Bruce is a member of the firm’s insurance, environmental and toxic tort practice groups. A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. FRANK DEVEAU serves as co-chair of Taft's Environmental Practice and represents clients in relation to all aspects of environmental law. He advises and defends clients in relation to environmental litigation involving private parties, and federal and state government. He has assisted clients in administrative proceedings, obtaining and maintaining compliance with solid and hazardous waste permits, air permits, CFO, CAFO and water discharge permits.
