Education Scott Dilbeck graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2001 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2004. Experience Scott has extensive legal experience in Bankruptcy and multiple facets of civil litigation. I have been working in the legal field since 1974 in the States of California, Nevada and in Washington, D.C., the latter during President Reagan's first term. Before law school, as a paralegal I spent years assisting medical malpractice defense trial attorneys, mining and gaming attorneys. Since obtaining my license in 1994, my passion in International Law remained constant, assisting with wildlife issues, conservation.
