My practice is focused on individuals and small businesses and helping them to create estate and business succession plans that address the client's concerns and needs. I represent consumers in chapter 7 bankruptcies, as well as probate, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship and adoption cases. I represent individuals throughout Lake County (including Middletown, Lakeport, Clearlake, Kelseyville, Lucerne, Clearlake Oaks, Glenhaven, Nice and Upper Lake) and surrounding counties. Prior to practicing law, I worked in Banking, Community Development and Education.
My past experience includes work in the Biotechnology industry and service in the United States Marine Corps as a Commissioned Officer with a combat tour in Iraq. I am local to Guerneville where my wife and I have owned a house for eleven years. I bring diverse career experiences to my Guerneville law practice and provide a private office setting on Main Street.
