John Estill heads the firm's litigation practice with over 25 years of trial and appellate experience. Mr. Estill is licensed in state and federal courts in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. His practice includes automobile accidents, personal injury cases, wrongful death matters, eminent domain issues, real estate issues and transactions, probate and estates, and other matters. Donald L. Wood was born in Maysville, Kentucky in 1925 and served in the U.S. Army in World War II, in which he was also injured and captured during the Battle of the Bulge.
