Julianne M. Spatz is a partner with the law firm of Kinsey Rowe Becker & Kistler, LLP. Much of Julianne's practice is dedicated to counseling individuals, and families in her areas of specialty. These areas include estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, special needs planning.

David's practice includes legal assistance to disabled or elderly persons and their families in a variety of contexts, class action litigation, and the use of social science research in the preparation of legal cases for trial. A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee. For several years he taught Psychology at the University level, and he worked in a psychiatric setting. Subsequently, he attended law school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Perry Andrew Pirsch has 20 years of experience in the practice of law. Robert was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and his law degree from The University of Nebraska College of Law. He has worked for Cada Law since he was an undergraduate student. Robert is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Catholic Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (NATA), Lincoln Independent Business Association and has been elected a state delegate to the Nebraska Republican party. Robert is also a member of the Holy Name Society at Immaculate Conception Church and is a third-degree Knight of Columbus.
