Mark Walraven is a trial lawyer who primarily assists mineral owners with oil & gas negotiations, leasing, sales and litigation. Mark negotiates oil & gas leases and sales agreements to obtain the best possible terms for Oklahoma mineral owners. In the last three years alone, Mark and the G&W Oil & Gas Team has successfully negotiated over 1800 leases and mineral sales, obtaining over $120 million in lease bonuses and sales proceeds for Oklahoma mineral owners. Mark also assists clients in reviewing and negotiating lease assignments, division orders, royalty payment issues, and curing defects in title.

I was born and raised in Marietta; a rural town on Oklahoma's side of the Red River. In 2005 I graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and in 2008 I graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

He began his legal education at Villanova University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2014. Travis Vernier graduated magna cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Merit Scholar. While in law school, Travis won CALI Excellent Awards for the highest scoring grades in his class in Civil Procedure I, Legal Research and Writing II, Trial Practice, and Corporations law.
