I grew up in Eugene, and live here with my family. I am a Sheldon High School graduate, Go Irish. I attended college at Oregon State University, but returned to Eugene to study law at the University of Oregon. I started my practice in 2015 and truly enjoy helping people put an estate plan in place.

Larry has been practicing law since graduation from the University of Oregon Law School in 1968. Larry was a two year starter for the University of Oregon basketball team before there was a 3-point line while earning his undergraduate degree in finance. He has had significant experience in major litigation and real estate transactions.

Jinoo Hwang was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. His diverse background in government, business, and education equips him with a creative approach to legal issues. Simply put, Jinoo’s background makes him a better lawyer. Before law school, he owned a successful multi-state publishing company (9 years), actively managed real estate investments, and worked as an adjunct instructor for the University of Oregon (16 years). A native Oregonian, Bill graduated cum laude from Michigan State University in pre-law studies before attending the University of Oregon Law School, graduating in 1974. He has been in private practice in Eugene since that year. Bill's law practice emphasizes small business matters, real estate matters, including complex transactions, and estate planning and probate matters. His clientele includes numerous local businesses and professionals. James Martin has been raising his family on Oregon's south coast since 2008. Previously, he graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1999. James served as a law clerk to a federal judge in Arizona before spending several years in the commercial litigation and school law sections of a large firm in Phoenix.
