Matthew is a civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense attorney with practice experience in both state and federal court. He has appeared at hearings, participated in numerous depositions (taking and defending), as well as several mediations (both as lead counsel and as second chair). Matthew has also prepared and drafted countless legal documents and briefs to district courts, Texas appellate courts, federal district courts, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
