I am a solo practitioner, based out of Portland, Maine, with a unique practice that is both local and international.

Locally, I represent and advise individuals and small businesses in a wide array of legal issues, including, but not limited to: landlord/tenant matters, real estate transfers, LLC and small business formation, and small business consulting.

Attorney Goldsmith pursued a liberal arts education at Haverford College where he graduated with a degree in Philosophy in 1987, following those studies with the immediate pursuit of a law degree. Elizabeth's practice is focused on administrative law and estate planning. More specifically, she represents social security disability claimants in administrative hearings and in federal court. She also works with clients to develop estate plans that reflect the clients' priorities and values.
