Mr. Butchko served five years as a Detective and twenty-one years as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice. As a Deputy Attorney General, he worked in several Bureaus in the Division and served in a number of supervisory roles. Mr. Jacobs retired from a decorated 25-year law enforcement career as a lieutenant and unit commander within the Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Camden, NJ, after serving in several command positions. During his law enforcement career, he investigated and supervised thousands of cases, including physical crimes, complex theft and fraud, official misconduct, political corruption, organized crime and administrative matters. Mr. Jacobs has instructed at police academies and agencies. He was a featured speaker for a public records lecture sponsored by LexisNexis, at Seton Hall Law School.

Mr. Branco served as an assistant prosecutor for over 23 years in the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office in the State of New Jersey. During his tenure with Cumberland County, he served in multiple supervisory roles as Section Chief in the Major Crimes Unit, Organized Crime Bureau, and the Cumberland County Narcotics Task Force. He was certified as an instructor by the Police Training Commission and taught at the Police Academy in Cumberland County.
