Hello. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I am a graduate of Thomas Edison High School (c/o 1995), UT at Austin (c/o 1999), and TTU Law (c/o 2002). I became a licensed attorney on May 5, 2003.

My practice area focuses on State and Federal Criminal Defense. I have represented clients charged with major drug-trafficking offenses, RICO violations, federal firearms offenses.

Experienced in federal sector personnel actions, both Equal Employment and Merit System Protection Board matters. Experience in risk-management for employers with review and implementation of employee-manuals, employee policies documents, personnel orientations in regards to avoidance of wrongful termination claims and workplace efficiency.
