Hello. I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I am a graduate of Thomas Edison High School (c/o 1995), UT at Austin (c/o 1999), and TTU Law (c/o 2002). I became a licensed attorney on May 5, 2003.

My practice area focuses on State and Federal Criminal Defense. I have represented clients charged with major drug-trafficking offenses, RICO violations, federal firearms offenses.

Experience in risk-management for employers with review and implementation of employee-manuals, employee policies documents, personnel orientations in regards to avoidance of wrongful termination claims and workplace efficiency. Also involved in contract negotiations and preparation. Personally handled several trials, both civil and criminal. Negotiated a collective bargaining agreement between American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO and one of the largest Head Start Programs in the United States.
