Stefanie is a partner with Hickey & Evans, LLP. She joined the firm after moving to Cheyenne from Casper where she had a solo practice. Her practice is primarily focused on defending individuals and companies who have been sued in either state or federal court. She also practices in the areas of utilities law, education, workers' compensation, tax, and criminal law. She is licensed in Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. She is also an avid cyclist and triathlete.

Dave’s experience spans a range of business endeavors, law, and elected roles in local and state government.

I have over 18 years of legal experience in the private and government sectors, holding law licenses in Wyoming and California. I represent investors, businesses, and other clients in investment, private market, loan, real estate, and business transactions and negotiations. I advise and act on behalf of clients, setting up Wyoming business entities, and assisting clients with regulatory, compliance and other matters. I advocate on behalf of clients with businesses, government agencies, and the Legislature.

In 2004, Neal R. Stelting received his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. At that time, Neal worked for a water-right consulting firm with offices in Laramie, WY, Houston, TX and Vancouver, WA. Neal became licensed to practice law in the State of Washington in 2005 and the State of Wyoming in 2006.
