I have been practicing in NY since 2005 and in PA since 2013. I am co-chair of the Business Practice Group at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP and have held this position for almost ten years. I practice in the areas of business, commercial real estate, and commercial transactions. I have represented private lenders, landlords, tenants, for profit and not for profit entities, hospitals, medical and dental practices, developers, and investors in a wide range of transactions in NY and PA.

Retired physician and admitted attorney with outstanding proficiency in analyzing and consulting on legal health matters. Four plus years experience in all aspects of plaintiff litigation including depositions, pleadings, new client intakes and medical record reviews. Specialty in medicolegal analysis of medical and personal injury cases. Jeff has over 25 years of experience as an attorney and is the principal at Radley and Rheinhardt. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA)* through the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) and is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Jeff also serves as a delegate to the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. Glenn did his undergraduate work at the Boston University School of Management (B.S.B.A magna cum laude), received a Master’s Degree from the Philosophy Department at the University of Chicago and his J.D. from Albany Law School. He has been practicing Law in Schenectady, NY since 1985, initially in the Criminal Defense Arena and for the past 25 years in Trusts and Estates, Elder Law and Real Estate.
