I have been practicing in NY since 2005 and in PA since 2013. I am co-chair of the Business Practice Group at Levene Gouldin & Thompson, LLP and have held this position for almost ten years. I practice in the areas of business, commercial real estate, and commercial transactions. I have represented private lenders, landlords, tenants, for profit and not for profit entities, hospitals, medical and dental practices, developers, and investors in a wide range of transactions in NY and PA.

A native of Huntington, New York, and a resident of New York's Southern Tier for over 30 years, in private practice focusing on health care law, guardianship and general litigation.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience as an attorney and is the principal at Radley and Rheinhardt. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA)* through the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF) and is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
