I am a trial lawyer, and concentrate on commercial trials and arbitrations, with a special concentration in construction and securities matters. After law school, I clerked for a U.S. District Judge, and have been engaged in trial practice since 1983. I practiced in large regional and national firms until 2000, at which time my partner and I formed our litigation firm. I have tried, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. I am licensed to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and California.

Mark is recognized for excellence by many peer rating organizations such as Best Lawyers in American and Super Lawyers. He is a former president of the Chief Justice Susie M. Sharp Inn of Court and the 2015 president of the 10th Judicial District which comprises all of Wake County including Raleigh and much of Research Triangle Park (RTP)

Ms. Meyer practices in the areas of employment law, business litigation, health law and occupational licensure. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with highest honors from Valdosta State University and her Juris Doctor cum laude from Campbell University where she received the Women in Law Award. She was also a member of the school’s National Trial Team. Ms. Meyer completed Trial Court Mediation Training in 1999 and is a Certified Mediator.
