I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years. I practiced law generally in business real estate, title work and estate and probate matters. I have had experience before the Board of Pharmacy and other Administrative agencies and 501 c 3 matters.

Carin Al-Hamdani focuses her practice on representing businesses, both public and private, and on providing counsel and representation in matters of complex litigation, corporate and small business creation, governance, and risk management.
