I grew up in Helena, Arkansas, attended the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock and trained with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Before entering private practice, I was as a software developer, Chief Privacy & Security Officer, and in-house counsel for a healthcare company.

Walter E. Schuler graduated magna cum laude from The University of Memphis in 1993 with a B.B.A. in International Business. He received his law degree, cum laude, with a Certificate in Health Law with Honors from Saint Louis University in 1996, where he served on the Law Journal Editorial Board, receiving the award for best student article and other honors. I am an attorney licensed in the State of Tennessee and have worked with clients in civil, criminal, divorce, estate, real estate, and personal injury matters. I am also currently employed with The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, acting as the Associate Director for the Office of Clinical Research by negotiating and drafting agreements related to clinical research. My work as an attorney is wholly separate from that work done for The University of Tennessee, and use of The University of Tennessee's name is not an endorsement, implied or otherwise.

Mr. Dziewulski brings decades of experience as a company founder, consultant, investor, and executive in businesses as diverse as architecture, software as a service, machining and manufacturing, residential property investment, and construction.
