After 42 years serving as an attorney, I've recently retired from active practice. But I still meet with my partners, Daniel Patchin and Ben Monaghan, at least a couple times each week to discuss current challenges and recent changes in the areas of estate planning and probate.

Mr. Darnall is a well tenured attorney that spent 16 years with a Fortune 25 company, served as General Counsel for various companies & represented "big box" retailers during his tenure at a Texas law firm. Mr. Darnall has a myriad of transactional experience including Leasing, residential and commerical real estate, purchase and sales agreements, M&A,corporate as well as 1st chair jury trial experience and is always willing to diligently represent his clients and take his opponets to the "mat" if neccessary.

Experienced in federal Bankruptcy and local divorce, including divorce mediation. Previously licensed in Oregon from 1971 to present (inactive), Hawaii from 1987 to present, and Idaho from 2020 to present. Currently specializing in bankruptcy and divorce mediation.
