I have tried over 30 cases in front of a jury and hundreds of bench trials in front of a Judge. I have filed numerous appeals and have nine published Indiana Reporter decisions. Eric is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and has lived in Louisville since graduating from New York Law School in 2003. His wife, Shelley Thomas, is an associate professor with the University of Louisville. Eric and Shelley have two children, Anneliese and Brennan.
