Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. His practice areas include General Civil Litigation; Insurance Law -- defense and coverage issues; Real Estate -- commercial transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, and historic renovation; Business Litigation; School Law; and Employment Law. David is a member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations, the Monroe County Bar Association, National School Boards Association, Indiana Council of School Attorneys, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Bruce is a member of the firm’s insurance, environmental and toxic tort practice groups. A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has also argued before the Indiana Supreme Court.

Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003. Spencer represented indigent clients in the Community Legal Clinic while attending law school. After graduating from Indiana University School of Law in 2006, Spencer moved to Indianapolis and began his litigation career focusing on defending personal injury actions. Spencer also has experience litigating family law matters. However, Spencer soon realized his true passion was to spend his time fighting for severely injured individuals against insurance companies and large corporations.
