A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. I am originally from Knoxville, TN. I moved to Louisville for law school and I loved the city. In law school, I was very interested in the classes I took on business law. My practice is generally related to defense and litigation. My personal hobbies include running (3 marathons), woodworking and sports.

Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

I obtained my undergraduate degree from Indiana University Southeast where I was named Outstanding Student in Political Science for the academic year 1985-86. I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1989 after receiving a law scholarship. I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County, Indiana from 1990 to 1998, handling major Felony cases, including several murder trials.

Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003. Spencer represented indigent clients in the Community Legal Clinic while attending law school.
