A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has also argued before the Indiana Supreme Court.

Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

Theresa is an architect and attorney. Theresa has twenty years of combined experience in the design and construction law industries. As an attorney, Theresa advises those who develop, design or construct. Theresa is also listed on the roster of construction law arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Prior to her legal career, Theresa obtained her architectural license in the State of Indiana. With the purpose of serving the legal needs of the construction community, Theresa attended law school in the evening while working full-time as an architect. Katie focuses her practice on Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, and Estate Planning. She represents clients across the state of Indiana, both in state court and federal court. In her insurance defense practice, Katie has experience representing insureds in third party claims involving tort liability such as bodily injury and premises liability. In other cases, she represents insurance companies in first party claims brought by insureds. Katie also assists clients in developing a comprehensive estate plan, working closely with clients and their families. This includes drafting wills, trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and living wills.

I am originally from Knoxville, TN. I moved to Louisville for law school and I loved the city. In law school, I was very interested in the classes I took on business law. My practice is generally related to defense and litigation. My personal hobbies include running (3 marathons), woodworking and sports.

Eric is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and has lived in Louisville since graduating from New York Law School in 2003. His wife, Shelley Thomas, is an associate professor with the University of Louisville. Eric and Shelley have two children, Anneliese and Brennan. Eric's interests include film photography, basketball and outdoor activities. He is a fan of UofL and IU athletics so long as they aren't playing Ohio State.

Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003.
