Christine L. Bartlett joined Ferguson Law in 2011. A lifelong Bloomington resident, Christine attended Indiana University for undergrad, where she majored in Art History and Sociology. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University Mauer School of Law. While attending law school, she served as a Managing Editor on the Federal Communications Law Journal. Christine has served on the Monroe County Apartment Association Board since 2013 and is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association.

David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. A registered civil mediator, Mr. Kamplain has over 339 years experience resolving disputes using a variety of litigation avoidance techniques including alternative dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration and dispositive motion.He has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout Indiana, and has argued more than 28 appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Theresa is an architect and attorney. Theresa has twenty years of combined experience in the design and construction law industries. As an attorney, Theresa advises those who develop, design or construct. Theresa is also listed on the roster of construction law arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Prior to her legal career, Theresa obtained her architectural license in the State of Indiana. With the purpose of serving the legal needs of the construction community, Theresa attended law school in the evening while working full-time as an architect. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Indiana University Southeast where I was named Outstanding Student in Political Science for the academic year 1985-86. I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1989 after receiving a law scholarship. I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County, Indiana from 1990 to 1998, handling major Felony cases, including several murder trials.

Eric is a native of Columbus, Ohio, and has lived in Louisville since graduating from New York Law School in 2003. His wife, Shelley Thomas, is an associate professor with the University of Louisville. Eric and Shelley have two children, Anneliese and Brennan. Eric's interests include film photography, basketball and outdoor activities. He is a fan of UofL and IU athletics so long as they aren't playing Ohio State.

Katie focuses her practice on Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, and Estate Planning. She represents clients across the state of Indiana, both in state court and federal court. In her insurance defense practice, Katie has experience representing insureds in third party claims involving tort liability such as bodily injury and premises liability. In other cases, she represents insurance companies in first party claims brought by insureds. Katie also assists clients in developing a comprehensive estate plan, working closely with clients and their families. This includes drafting wills, trusts, guardianships, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, and living wills.

Spencer was born and raised in Florida, but has been a proud Indiana resident since coming to Bloomington to attend law school in 2003.
