Diane Bellquist defends licensed individuals and entities before regulatory boards in Kansas and Missouri. With over 10 years’ experience working for Kansas regulatory agencies, Diane uses her insider knowledge and experience to her clients’ advantage. Having previously served as Assistant General Counsel for the Kansas Board of Healing Arts, Diane is particularly experienced with matters involving health care professionals. She regularly defends physicians, chiropractors, physician assistants, and nurses. In addition, Diane defends other licensed professionals, including certified public accountants, engineers, real estate agents, insurance agents, and attorneys.

Anne counsels health care organizations and individual health care providers throughout Kansas, assisting them in all aspects of health and hospital law, including regulatory compliance, business transactions, medical staff relations, peer review and risk management, professional licensure and discipline, and defense of medical malpractice claims. Her civil litigation practice includes insurance defense, business disputes (including non-compete agreements), and appellate advocacy.

Employment law has been Mr. Hollander’s primary practice area for the better part of his career. His practice is broad and includes the defense of employers and insurance companies against a variety of employment and related claims in both federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He regularly counsels and represents employers in matters involving the protection and enforcement of trade secrets, severance agreements, non-compete agreements and other employment agreements. Most recently, his litigation practice has included defending securities fraud claims in both federal and state courts.
