Jay Lavroff concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of insurance coverage, construction and professional liability claims, and contract disputes. Steven Backfisch has more than thirty years of experience, he regularly handles all types of civil litigation including employment discrimination claims on behalf of employers, defense of civil rights claims, catastrophic personal injury claims, and product liability claims on behalf of defendants. Edward Frisch has represented major surety companies in claims resolution, and contractor default situations requiring completion of bonded projects.
