Mr. Schaye’s practice exclusively focuses on EB-5 regional center, developer and investor representation. Mr. Schaye has also represented companies and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including extensive trial and appellate experience. In 2012, Mr. Schaye successfully defended an international executive against a foreign governmental agency’s attempt to enforce a multi-million dollar foreign default judgment in the United States.
