I have practiced workers' compensation in Iowa for twelve years. I only represent the injured workers, not big business or insurance companies. I have previously served on the Iowa Association for Justice Workers' Compensation Core Group and currently serve on the Board of Governors for the Iowa Association of Workers' Compensation Attorneys. Kimberly (Schroeder) Kuchel is an associate attorney at Bauerly & Langel P.L.C. She went to Morningside College to obtain her undergraduate degree in business administration.
