Growing up on a small cattle farm in Loretto, Tennessee, Will learned the values of hard work, integrity, and perserverance from a young age. My practice focuses on client centered representation by explaining the law in relation to the issue thus allowing the client to make informed decisions regarding their case and my representation.
My goal is to understand client needs, provide guidance and advocate in a manner consistent with client objectives.

Mary is a native of Tuscaloosa and a graduate of both the University of Alabama (BS Nursing 1986) and the University of Alabama School of Law (1989). She is also a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College and the National Criminal Defense College.

Mary teaches Trial Advocacy at the University of Alabama School of Law and serves as vice president of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Volunteer Lawyers Program.

A native of Enterprise, Alabama, Shaun McGhee was a 1991 honors graduate of Enterprise High School. In 1995, Shaun obtained a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Troy University where he immediately began working as an emergency room registered nurse and presently has more than 25 years’ experience.
