After undergraduate study at Whitworth University and graduate study at the University of Maine, Robin Emmans has returned to the Yakima Valley to serve her community by practicing law in the intense and dynamic area of criminal defense. She has a special passion for constitutional issues as they are played out in daily life through law enforcement interactions with citizens. I am married to Lori Dawn (Irick) Earl since Dec 1991. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 son. I have been a practicing attorney here in Moses Lake, Grant County since July 1992.

After growing up in Oregon, I moved to the East Coast where I attended the University of Virginia and graduated with a major in Political Science and a double minor in Latin American Studies and Spanish Language. After college, I spent six months in South America and studied the language and had an internship with Habitat For Humanity in La Paz, Bolivia. Upon returning home, I graduated from University of Richmond School of Law with cum laude distinction.
