Mark P. Bryant is a native of Paducah, Kentucky. He is a past president of the Kentucky Commonwealth's Attorneys Association; an Eagle Scout; on the board of the Four Rivers Counsel, Boy Scouts of America, and; in 1986 was selected to receive the Outstanding Commonwealth's Attorney in Kentucky award. In 1989, he was selected by the Jackson Purchase Lodge, Fraternal Order of Police, as citizen of the year and was awarded by the Paducah/ McCracken County Child Watch for outstanding service to the children of Paducah and McCracken County. Emily W. Roark’s career in law began at the Bryant Law Center in 2000, straight out of University of Kentucky Law School. She represents individuals harmed by pharmaceutical drugs, dangerous products and defective medical devices. Emily has been involved in several multi-district litigation and class actions involving opioids, train derailments, Essure, transvaginal mesh, IVC filters, Abilify, Zantac, Paraquat, 3M military earplugs and Roundup - just to name a few. Austin Kennady is a native of McCracken County. He grew up in the Heath community and is a 2007 honors graduate of Heath High School. Austin graduated from the University of Kentucky cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2011. While at UK, Austin participated in the Student Government Association, Sigma Chi Fraternity where he served as treasurer of their charity event, and worked as treasurer for a student investment group. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2014.

Makayla has been practicing law in Mayfield since graduating from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2012. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Murray State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. She is a 2005 graduate of Graves County High School. Makayla joined Home Team Title and Greg Taylor & Associates in May 2018. Her main area of practice is now real estate. When she is not working, Makayla enjoys spending time with her family.
