I enjoy being able to live and work in my hometown. I started my legal career as a public defender and still take court appointed cases. Along the way I acquired the trial skills necessary to successfully defend those accused of crimes, the injured, the disabled, and men and women struggling with domestic issues. I practice regularly in the courts of the following Ky. counties: Mason, Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Rowan, Nicholas, and Harrison, and will take criminal cases throughout the Commonwealth and in Federal Courts.

Jacqueline Wright chairs Fox, Wood, Wood & Estill's real estate practice. Additionally, she handles probates and estates, and she is also an Assistant Mason County Attorney.

John Estill heads the firm's litigation practice with over 25 years of trial and appellate experience. Mr. Estill is licensed in state and federal courts in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia. His practice includes automobile accidents, personal injury cases, wrongful death matters, eminent domain issues, real estate issues and transactions, probate and estates, and other matters. Mr. Estill has served as the Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and is currently serving as the Mason County Attorney.

Johnathan has been licensed in KY state courts, the federal court in the Eastern District of KY, and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals since 2002. He began his legal career as a law clerk, then an Associate Attorney with the Law Firm of Warren N. Scoville & Associates. Johnathan has a 19 year career working with those in active addiction.
