Born and raised in Clackamas County, attended Law School in San Francisco, came back to Oregon in 2012. Father of two boys. My practice is primarily civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate. I also handle personal injury actions, estate planning and probate, and landlord-tenant law.

A native of Minnesota, she attended law school in Indiana where she held a clerkship with the Marshall Superior Court in Plymouth, Indiana. Heading west on the Oregon Trail, she earned a masters in law degree from Lewis & Clark College of Law in Portland before starting to practice law in Oregon.

After obtaining an MBA I worked for eight years in various aspects of commercial real estate including syndication analysis, consulting, brokerage and appraisals. I have been practicing law since 1992. I clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice during my 2nd and 3rd year of law school. My law practice involves assisting local businesses with legal/financial problems, working with Oregon consumers whose needs are best resolved through the legal system, and assisting families with the administration of probate estates.
