Since January 1993, the Law Offices of A. Peter Rausch, Jr., has furnished skilled legal representation and counseling to selected clients throughout California and the United States. After graduating from Loyola Law School, in Los Angeles and J.D. in 1978, I worked for two insurance defense firms. I discovered insurance companies don't care about people, only about making money. This realization prompted me to "switch sides" and become a personal injury lawyer representing victims and consumers. Given my background I have a keen understanding of insurance companies delay and over-reaching tactics.
