Since 1993 I have been prosecuting negligent corporations and people who have hurt my clients. My main focus is to help injured people and their families. I have tried approximately 20 trials to verdict. I am on the Board of Consumer Attorneys of California and I am the defacto president of the San Joaquin County Trial Lawyers Association.

After graduating from Loyola Law School, in Los Angeles and J.D. in 1978, I worked for two insurance defense firms. I discovered insurance companies don't care about people, only about making money. This realization prompted me to "switch sides" and become a personal injury lawyer representing victims and consumers. Given my background I have a keen understanding of insurance companies delay and over-reaching tactics.
