Charles D. Johnson is a native of Pikeville, KY. He is very excited about being able to join the attorneys at Gary C. Johnson, P.S.C. and continue the tradition of providing excellent legal service to the people of eastern Kentucky, southeastern Kentucky, and central Kentucky.

Mr. Reynolds is a former Fayette Circuit Court Judge and a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He has over 20 years of legal experience focusing on litigation, including personal injury and criminal defense.

Since opening his own law office in 1997, Frank Jenkins has dedicated his practice to helping disabled workers and individuals obtain the Social Security Disability benefits to which they are entitled. Frank's law firm in Lexington serves car accidents, personal injury, social security disability, worker's compensation, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and DUI/DWI offenses in Kentucky.

Jerry Pierson is from Peoria, Illinois, where he graduated from Bradley University in 1987. He received a master’s degree from the University of Toledo in 1990. Before law school, he taught college history, edited scholarly manuscripts, and worked in social service administration.

At the University of Kentucky College of Law, Jerry wrote onto the Kentucky Law Journal, then held the post of managing editor while redesigning the journal’s typography and workflow. He earned his J.D. in 2006 and was that year’s winner of the Oexmann Writing Award.

Kimberly is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, American Association of Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Elizabeth Pratt Bernardi holds a B.A. from Centre College and a J.D. from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Elizabeth is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association and the Louisville Bar Association.
