I have worked with doctors and researched medical issues for many years. Furthermore, my undergraduate background was in life sciences with an emphasis in anatomy and physiology. With this background, I have a thorough understanding of the mechanism of injury. This knowledge allows me to communicate effectively with your doctor and to cross–examine opposing medical experts on the witness stand.

I started my practice in Brainerd in 1975. In my early years I had a general practice with a focus on real estate and municipal law. As I gained a lot of courtroom experience I narrowed my focus to personal injury and workers compensation on the plaintiffs side. I became a certified trial specialist by the Minn. State Bar Assn. in 1995 and was selected as a leading Minn. Attorney by the American Research Corp. in 1997. In 2017 I was designated as one of the top 100 attorneys in Minnesota.

Todd V. Peterson has been defending the rights of individuals charged with crimes for over 20 years. He began his professional career in 1993 as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Salland. In 1997, he moved to the St. Cloud area and opened his practice. Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Following her graduation, Hannah went on to complete her Juris Doctorate at Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. During law school, Hannah had extensive courtroom experience as a student certified attorney with the Ramsey County Public Defender’s Office.
