My practice primarily consists of being the City Prosecutor for two cities in Wright County, Minnesota. I handle criminal cases (petty misdemeanors, misdemeanors, and gross misdemeanor driving offenses) for these two cities from initiation of charging through the appeals process.

Joe is an experienced trial attorney with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense, estate/probate litigation, real estate litigation and municipal law. He also frequently serves as special counsel to governmental entities with respect to various civil litigation matters, such as eminent domain proceedings and governmental liability claims.
