Jim’s main areas of practice include: Civil Litigation; Business Law; Municipal Law; Real Estate; Wills, Trusts & Estates; and Landlord/Tenant disputes. Jim also represents a number of Municipalities including the Villages of: Marblehead; Monroeville; Oak Harbor; and Milan, and the Townships of: Sandusky; Washington; and Ballville. My practice concentrates on government affairs, lobbying, real estate law, and land use and zoning throughout Ohio. I have offices in Delaware and Columbus. I have over 25 years of political experience and have been a practicing attorney for over 14 years. I am also a Major in the US Army Reserve.

Tammi practices in the areas of probate and estate planning, corporate law, real estate, and employment law. She also practices municipal law, serving as Solicitor for the Villages of South Vienna and Catawba.
