Geoff Grindeland is a trial lawyer who regularly defends police officers, municipalities, manufacturers, and other individuals and businesses in high-stakes litigation arising out of airplane crashes, officer-involved shootings, fatal accidents, and other serious incidents. Prior to attending law school, Geoff was a Navy pilot who managed safety, flight-training, and aircraft-maintenance programs. He is particularly proud of his work defending police officers, and he also enjoys cases that involve scientific, engineering, or other technical issues. Ray Weber has over 20 years experience in civil litigation. His practice concentrates on product liability, construction defect, personal injury, highway design, and insurance coverage. He has successfully defended product manufacturers in cases involving automotive, marine, medical and agricultural products; and local governmental entities in liability cases ranging from catastrophic injuries to public records act claims.
Caryn Jorgensen advises clients in tort and commercial litigation matters. She represents businesses, insurance companies, individuals, and non-profits at trial and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings throughout the Pacific Northwest. She has tried cases to verdict in federal court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington and in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.
