Steven J. Peiffle is a seasoned lawyer with 39 years of experience. His primary practice areas are municipal law, estate planning and probate, business and corporate law, and real estate law. Steve has been named a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics magazine and has also received the AV* Preeminent Peer Review rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a former president of the Snohomish County Bar Association and has been involved in numerous community organizations in Arlington and Snohomish County.

Tom Ehrlichman is a Washington land use and real estate attorney representing municipalities, tribes, churches, corporations and partnerships, landowners and neighbors. Tom was admitted to the Washington bar in 1991, earned his law degree from U.C. Berkeley Law, and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, with honors in History. He is a Washington native, married to Barbara Dykes Ehrlichman, has two grown children, and five grandchildren! He is a practicing musician, gardener and landscaper on five forested acres.
