Tim is a civil litigation attorney with a wide range of trial and appellate experience in the federal and state court systems as well as in arbitration and regulatory agencies. Tim also has significant experience in cases involving potential criminal issues. Prior to returning to his New Hampshire roots, Tim was an attorney in the Boston offices of Holland & Knight and Dewey & LeBoeuf.
