Bill Cannon is a native of Leesburg, Georgia and has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He focuses his practice in the area of civil litigation and has extensive experience in complex litigation. I have practiced law since 2004, defending clients who were accused of everything from shoplifting to murder, trying more than 25 cases to a jury verdict. I have also represented clients in civil rights cases, personal injury, real estate, debt collection, divorce/custody, adult and child protective services, administrative adjudications, and appeals. My experience has given me a broad range of legal knowledge that I can readily adapt to new cases. I live in and love the mountains in the outskirts of Waynesville, Haywood County.

Chase is a native of Murphy, North Carolina and loves practicing in the Appalachian mountains. Chase has focused his work in trial advocacy, and spends a great deal of time on contracts, construction law, foreclosures, and other civil disputes. David has extensive experience in the areas of social services, juvenile, child custody, domestic violence and family law. Additionally, he has been practicing civil litigation for the last 20 years. Further, he has experience with criminal matters, including DWI, misdemeanors and traffic tickets.

Agatha “Aggie” Guy is a native of Haywood County, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated with a degree in Journalism. Aggie later earned a juris doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and an LL.M in Tax with a concentration in Estate Planning from the University of Alabama. Aggie has extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration. She has worked with the Jackson County Area Agency on Aging for the past four years, helping area seniors with their estate plans and currently serves as the Public Administrator of Jackson County....

Tim joined the Law Office of Nathan Earwood in 2021 and practices immigration, family law, and estate administration.
