I focus primarily in Employment Law and Civil Rights and also handle Domestic Relations and Custody Cases as well as Commercial Litigation. I have extensive experience in litigation and in appellate cases. I have appeared before the United States Supreme Court and was able to obtain a successful reversal in the case of Breininger v.
